The Zanzara Residence will be built on a brownfield site in Brno´s Komárov district, on the site of a historical water mill, later a steam and electric mill. The distinctive building will complement the existing housing development south of the city centre. A popular place to live, the advantages of Brno´s Komárov district include plenty of greenery, excellent civic amenities and great connections to the centre (10 minutes by tram). In the future, the location will be significantly developed with the construction of the new main railway station, which will be located roughly 700 metres from the residence.
