Atelier RAW's architectural design combines reliable elements of interwar Functionalism with modern architectural trends. Long horizontal windows form regular lines framing the facade facing the street, and black strips between the windows contrast with the white plaster.
At ground level the facade uses a light-colored natural stone called travertine, which stretches into the interiors of the common areas of the building as well. You will also find high-quality materials, such as wood parquet flooring and glass mosaic tiles.

Flat layouts are designed to provide residents with maximum comfort. The living area opens up to a quiet courtyard via glass walls with sliding doors to a large loggia.
