Despite being located in the middle of urban development, the original facade concept at the Botanica residence will allow residents to enjoy the view of the greenery. The building envelope includes large-volume plant pots intended to be planted with flowers, or even the residents' own vegetables. The communal terrace in the courtyard above an underground car park will make the setting more pleasant.
