In addition to good accessibility to the center of Brno, the main benefits of Block A[rt] include a wide range of services in the neighboring Pekárenský dvůr. DOMOPLAN was the first developer in the Czech Republic to introduce the concept of living space with hotel services exclusively for residents. Callback to Czech Cubism

The unconventional angular facade lets in plenty of natural light and gives the building an unusual shape recalling the pre-WWII tradition of Cubist architecture that appeared more often in this country than elsewhere in Europe.

Architecture and art have always gone hand in hand, which is why we chose seven young artists from Brno and gave them the opportunity to bring the common areas of Block A[rt] to life with their art, making the building into an art gallery with a unique atmosphere.
